Aked, Go ahead & rest in PEACE!
On Sunday the 17th. of July 2016 as preparations for the fiinal journey intensified, Friends, Followers&Family of Prof. Asonganyi  in Paris gathered in Tamery Bookshop and Cultural Centre in Paris to evoke the rich life of this Great Hero and call upon The ALMIGHTY to grant him eternal peace in His Kingdom! The ceremony turned out a great one as the last book/memories of this prolific Author, "Difficult choices in a failed democracy" which was on the shelves of this bookshop took to the table and boosted the memory and immense contribution of this steadfast political&social genius! Sales of this visionary book sprang and Tamery took up the challenge and offered each presence with a book on our History and Struggle!..(partie remise; as the French say..!)
More Prayers were evoked begging the ALMIGHTY to grant Mrs. Asonganyi and their entire Family the fortitude to stand up to this huge loss. An envelope to this effect went round and with time, Mrs. Asonganyi will send back a word of acknowledgement and thanks. WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU PROF, my friend&brother! Aked, as we called each other!

Foster daughter
Daddy, why? What really happened  that you had to go this s00n? Not even  a word to say good bye. As we discussed  your "Nesla geh" Ndem geh and Mommy Nes geh" as you always called me was waiting to receive in Addis where you you were supposed to take a rest off your busy schedules. I miss you so much. I use to be just your hand bag because where ever you went, either in the Cameroon or the United States of America where we use to cross paths, you always wanted me by your side as always wanted me by your side as a daughter you took me to be.
I don't just know where else I would get the kind of fun I use to get around you. Many you have left behind seem to be asking the same questions and missing the activities you use to have with them as you you were a father of all. DADĎY  we will miss you so dearly.
I, my husband- your son and our kids- your grand children will miss you so dearly.
RIP Daddy till we  meet to we meet you in the Everlasting Kingdom.
Yaz as you always said daddy Rest In Peace.
We Love You.
